The Mega-tense Roomathon.

The Mega-tense Roomathon is the most extreme thing that has happened in my house since we painted the rec room yellow and red.

Officially, my room has been STRIPPED down.
Cleaned from top to bottom.

My closet has been emptied and organized, all of my clothes folded, and my bed made.
No longer is my desk, dresser, or sidetable cluttered with unmanageable junk.

Considerable space has been cleared, and bags of garbage have been emptied.
*gasp* i am actually using the hangers in my closet now, and have (not joking here, people)THROWN AWAY some of my clothes! AIEEE.

The smell of turkey must have gone to my head.

Anyhow, the megatense roomathon took five hours, and in th before and after pictures i took, it almost doesnt look drastically different, but it is. somehow, my room is just NOT photogenis. *sigh*

oh yeah, and happy easter ^_^
...lets eat them chocolate bunnies.

Oh yeah, we also had a mega-intense houseathon today.
my parents ordered new flooring, couches, lazy boy, end tables, three stained glass lamps, and a coffee table. We also received our new dining room table and chairs yesterday. Pretty much all that is left is buying the curtains for the deck and front window, and choosing a paint shade for the walls.

however, the furniture doesn't get here until thursday, and the linoleum has to be ordered from a far off place.

oops, my grandparents are here.
and i have not done my hair or makeup, and i need to get dressed in suitable easter colors now... soooooo
