grrrrrrrrr.
tonight agent h was driving aorund and innocently with agent t, when suddenly, we encountered a smallish sort of sidewalk tractor/city vehicle crap. agent h was going around a sharp corner, and there was a vehicle on the right side of the road. the agent then slowed down, and planned to pass by harmlessly, but the thing was in the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, and was going overly fast. it was like a foot away from agent h's sleek undercover detective vehicle, and was not slowing OR giving up its 90% of the road, so agent h had to turn to the right and squeeze through this tiny little space that was not at all big enough. agents h and t honked long and loud. this guy was a douche.

hahah that sounds like an excellent defition!!
so it's like
finge (adj.) - person who is doing something good, but does a bad job of it. eg. City Worker Driver who is doing good by cleaning the sidewalks, but does a poor job and is inconsiderate to pedestrians.
hahaha sounds awesome. wish you were coming to visitt... you can come anytime you know!! haha day, night, whenever. just scrape up enough dough for gas and we take care of the rest.
