SIX emails about the Jeep in the last two days!! Boy, does Craigslist ever work! ….not to mention a price reduced by 1000 dollars! I CAN’T WAIT to sell the Jeep! Emails and calls from people interested almost seem like they must be scams or something, simply because my life is just going along so great, it seems almost impossible that I’d be allowed a Tiburon too! Knock on wood, though… (if you believe in stupid wives tales like that, I mean…. though I most definitely do not, I don’t think it could hurt to have a bunch of you faithfuls out there rapping on trees, just in case it makes even the slightest difference in the outcome…) The Tiburon almost seems surreal… I think I’m mentally blocking it so that I don’t get ridiculously anxious about not being able to drive it… When I do let myself think about it I get this strange swooping feeling, like falling, or looking down from high up, or.. having my name drawn for a prize.

Anyhoo, here is some more shameless plugging….. :)

vegetarianism

I've always toyed with the thought quite a lot over the last couple of years, but now, i'm really thinking about it. In fact, I can't really STOP thinking about it. Check out Paul McCartney's clip called Glass Walls on Meat.org, it is just so disturbing, and inhumane. 

I've been doing some reading on it too, and there are actually way more health benefits than i thought.  visit PETA if you're interested in learning more! I just pledged to be a vegetarian for 30 days about two minutes ago, and so, it begins! :S

so, i am the proud new owner of a tiburon! yes! i really bought one! my life is complete! or at least, materialisticly, i couldnt ask for more! yes, today has been a truly wonderful day! i cant wait to get some pictures on here for you all to see, but i have to wait until tomorrow, because alas, it is much too dark. gosh i'm happy! but i havent even given any details on it yet! what sort of crap blogger am i, anyways?

its a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon, 5 speed manual trans, coupe, beautiful, amazing, handles like a dream, powerful for a 4 cylinder, black interior and exterior, brand new clutch, and it came with winter tires and a block heater! did i mention that it is basically theeee most fantastic, fabulous car i have ever owned? and that it handles like a dream? hyundai for life, and long live timmy. okayokayokay, i know i'm getting a little carried away, but i've only owned it for like four short hours, give me a break! i probably shouldnt have blogged until tomorrow, when the adrenaline has worn off a little.

so now, i just have to sell the jeep! asap! i'm leaving the beast insured, because i dont want to be buying $40 permits for everyone who wants to test drive it :/ i think not getting to drive the tibby will be pretty motivating though. i can't wait to say buh-bye jeep! so the new baby is just sitting in amanda's formerly unoccupied driveway, attracting drooling passers by.

anyhoo i should really get back to bed,
work tomorrow after my blissful four days off!
be kinda good to get back on track, really.

so, i mentioned i bought a jeep, right?

i do really looove the jeep, but i just don't really have the setup to take the top off and stuff, and whats a jeep, if you can't take off the top, right?! i think i just found out a car really is more my style... soo...

i'm on the hunt for a tiburon! i want one SO BADLY! preferably electric blue, 2005, V6 manual, but thats sort of wishful thinking i think haha. i need one to fulfill my happiness! with a tiburon, my life will be complete! so kyle and i are driving to kelowna today to go look at two, and hopefully a third in Lumby, if the people call me back before we leave k-town! they're all standard, five speed, so i'm feeling hopeful! i'm SOOO excited! its like christmas! but not as certain! :P i'm soo ready to go! but i don't want to disturb the little beast sleeping on my lap right now either (boris) .. if kyle didnt take as long to get ready as a girl on a first date, we could probably be in vernon right now, yeesh! haha. good thing i was early!

so here i am, waiting, and drinking my triple-triple, and considering drinking kyle's too... :) anyhoo, i shall update when i get back to town, and hopefully it will be good news! :)
